NRFP
A scouting platform for footballers living in a refugee settlement has one honest tension at its center: the players need to be seen by scouts and clubs, and the same visibility that helps them can expose a population that is often deliberately hard to find. The product resolves that by being a public demo with the parts that matter to protect kept out of general search indexing, and an admin surface gated behind the estate's identity layer rather than left open.
It was also the pilot for a pattern the rest of the fleet now uses: every product's media used to land in one shared storage bucket, gated only by convention. NRFP was the first tenant fully cut over to its own bucket, its own storage account and its own content-plane location, verified end to end on production before the same recipe was repeated for every other tenant. What is now a one-line registry entry for onboarding a new product started as this migration.
Content is edited on the shared CMS plane behind the same nested-group access model every tenant uses, and images route through the estate's conversion engine so a phone photo from a pitch and a scouting portrait end up in the same predictable format.
